Bank Transfer – Just follow all the prompts when checking out, and it couldn’t be any easier.
Credit Card – Due to strict rules and regulations regarding the online purchase of tobacco products, we must comply with our EFTPOS provider’s terms and conditions for processing credit card payments. Since tobacco is classified as a high-risk purchase, we can only process credit card payments manually. EFTPOS providers no longer approve payment gateways for Tobacco and Cigarette websites.
What we require: A copy of your credit card (front and back) and a form of identification (driver’s license or passport) emailed to us at sales@ssgaustralia.com. Once we receive the required documents, we will process your payment and confirm once it is completed. The name on the credit card and identification must match. Our credit card provider reserves the right to place a payment on hold if they suspect fraud until the transaction is verified.
